How quickly can we get started? ▾

Your workspace is provisioned within one business day of signing up. We set up your account, create your initial warehouse and product catalogue, and walk your team through the system in a 30-minute onboarding call. Data migration from spreadsheets typically takes 1–3 days depending on the size of your catalogue and order history — we handle that for you.

Do we need to manage any servers or infrastructure? ▾

No. WMS is fully cloud-hosted. We manage everything — servers, database, TLS certificates, backups, and software updates. Your team only needs a web browser. There is nothing to install, configure, or maintain on your side.

Can we customise the PDF and Excel report templates? ▾

Yes. PDF templates are JasperReports .jrxml files editable in JasperSoft Studio (free). Excel templates are JXLS .xlsx files editable directly in Microsoft Excel. Changing a template requires no code changes — only an updated template file on the server. We can handle custom template work as part of an implementation engagement.

What happens to our data if we stop using WMS? ▾

Your data belongs to you. You can export a full copy of your orders, products, customers, and inventory at any time in standard formats — no support ticket required. We retain backups for 30 days. If you ever cancel, we provide a complete data export before your account closes. There is no lock-in.

Can WMS integrate with our existing ERP or accounting system? ▾

The product includes REST endpoints for report generation and inventory maintenance. Invoice number fields on orders are designed to cross-reference with external accounting systems. For deeper integration — such as automatic order creation from an ERP or outbound webhook events — this is available as a custom development engagement.

Is multi-language supported? ▾

The application includes UI translations (English and Macedonian shipped by default). Adding additional languages requires updating the i18n translation files — no code changes are needed. Report templates can be localised independently of the UI language.
